GENERAL BOOKING CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Per each booking Bike Italy Srl needs three working days to process it This time is due to all of the operations involved and the time needed for receiving the confirmation from all of the accommodation.
For each booking BIKE ITALY SRL needs the following personal details of the participants to go ahead with the booking process: name and surname; name of the tour booked; the arrival flight number, time and date; the departure time and date; emergency phone number on tour; allergies if needed.
OPERATOR may decide to pay by credit card: in this case we add 2,5% of commission on the total amount agreed; Payment by credi card is possible through the Bike Italy Srl bank account or via PayPal.
BOOKING CHANGING FEE
Once the booking confirmation has been sent to OPERATOR, BIKE ITALY SRL will charge € 15,00 per guest, as “changing fee” for every change request in the confirmed booking that BIKE ITALY SRL will receive, except in case of addiction of extra night.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS RESUME
OPERATOR is requested to make the full payment 30 days before the scheduled tour beginning.
If the booking is within the 30-day period, full payment is requested at the booking confirmation and anyway before the arrival of the guests.
In case of payment by wire transfer, we kindly ask to send a confirmation statement by e-mail at booking@bikeitalysrl.it with enclosed a copy of the payment receipt.

60 days or more before the tour departure date – there will be a € 100 administrative fee per person

60 – 45 days before the tour departure date – 30% cancellation fee per person

44 – 30 days before the tour departure date – 50% cancellation fee per person

29 – 15 days before the tour departure date – 75% cancellation fee per person

14 – 0 days before the tour departure date – 100% cancellation fee per person
No refunds are possible after the tour begins. Please note that any refund from Bike Italy Srl will be done within 30 days after the end of the scheduled trip.
In very rare cases it might be necessary for BIKE ITALY SRL to cancel a tour because any reason within 60 days before the departure date. In the event of cancellation you may choose one of the following option:

BIKE ITALY SRL will refund the full deposit

You can use the deposit for any other BIKE ITALY SRL trip already confirmed during the same season

You can run the trip as a self guided option, if possible
BIKE ITALY SRL is not responsible for other expenses incurred such as non-refundable plane tickets.

We process and store your data on our secure server. Because most of our guests return on our tours within two years, we keep contact information. We also store names and emails for our electronic email list. We do not receive financial information from our clients, so we do not store credit card or banking information.
